About your property

My husband and I purchased this beautiful property a few years ago and because it was known so well locally as “The Webbs Place”. and in honor and admiration of Charels and Miriam Webb we kept the name everyone knew so well. The Webb’s family home was built back in 1950 and is located just outside Phenix City on 7 acres. As you enter the property you will drive down a long drive surrounded by tall pine trees and you will surly feel a peace like no other. The entire property is surrounded by a white horse rail fence with exquisite gardens, everywhere. Just off the road you will see a charming little white bridge leading to our muscadine vineyards. This is where you’ll find the perfect place for sunset pictures before you end your first night as man and wife. Our property will be your photographers dream as there are so many unique and beautiful places to take photos. Right outside the main house and off the front porch you’ll find a very impressive magnolia tree that is surrounded by azalea bushes. The main house has a stunning front porch with a very special southern charm. Our fruit trees and plush lawns with a pond. A nice place to picnic under the gazebo next to the pool. Our overnight accommodations include the main house that sleeps up to 10 with a stunning suite. Next door is our caretakers cottage. Next to the house you can relax and enjoy time in the poo. We also have a beautiful green house filled with plants with a table for a small private dinning experience.
